Shri D J Pandian is an MBA from Madras University. He is a senior IAS Officer having administrative and corporate experience spanning 25 years. Shri Pandian was the Managing Director of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) from 2001 to 2009. Earlier Shri Pandian was working on deputation with the World Bank in Washington, D.C. He was Director, External Commercial Borrowing, Ministry of Finance, Government of India during 1995-97. Presently he is the Principal Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department.

Shri Tapan Ray
IAS, Director

Shri Tapan Ray holds a degree in Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi, a post-graduate degree in public policy from Princeton University USA, a Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University, USA and a degree in law with various Diplomas. He is a senior IAS Officer having wide administrative and corporate experience. He was Principal Secretary (Economic Affairs), Finance Department, till November 2009. He was one of the Non-Executive Directors of GSPC during 2006 to 2009. Shri Ray is the Managing Director of GSPC and GSPL and looks after the entire GSPC Group.

Shri K D Chatterjee

Shri Krishna Das Chatterjee has done a B.Sc. from University of Calcutta in 1959 and is a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India(ICWAI). Shri Chatterjee was awarded the V.Srinivasan Memorial Gold Medal. Shri Chatterjee had worked with Dunlop India Limited and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. He was Executive Director (Finance) of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Limited. He has rich experience in the field of Finance, Human Resources Development, Marketing, Information Systems and Administration functions.

Shri L Chuaungo, IAS
Non-Executive Director

Shri L Chuaungo holds a degree in History/Political Science. He is an IAS officer having wide administrative and corporate experience. Presently, he is Managing Director of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited.

Shri C. L. Meena, IAS

He is Principal Secretary (Expenditure), Finance Department, Govt. of Gujarat and has been inducted on the Board as Additional Director of the Company as representative of Finance Department , Government of Gujarat .

Shri H.V.Patel,IAS

He is Managing Director of state PSU Gujarat State Fertilizers &Chemicals Ltd.,Vadodara and is a non Executive Director of Company.
